Groceries PLUS Food Bank
The Food Pantry serves the Emmaus Community and is hosted by Bethel Bible Fellowship Church. We operate under the direction of the Second Harvest Food Bank of Lehigh Valley and Northeast Pennsylvania. Our goal is to provide people with Prayer, Love, Understanding, and Support (PLUS). For more information on dropping off donations, eligibility and what days the food bank is available, or to volunteer, please call the church office at 610-965-2682 ext. 1 or email groceriesplus@bethelbfc.org.
Bethel After School Program
The Bethel After School (BAS) program runs Mondays and Wednesdays from 3:30 - 5pm during the school year for students who attend Jefferson and Lincoln Elementary. Please contact the church office at 610-965-2682 or email afterschool@bethelbfc.org to sign up.
Bright Hope Pregnancy Center
Bright Hope provides women with free and confidential appointments including pregnancy tests and ultrasounds as well as personal development resources with a team of counselors. Bethel Church supports the Sanctity of Life and the work Bright Hope is doing in the Allentown and Easton area. Looking for ways to help? Visit Bright Hope’s website or donate clothes and other household items to Divine Resale, a consignment shop who’s proceeds directly impact Bright Hope.
Operation Christmas Child
Operation Christmas Child (OCC) is an organization affiliated with Samaritan’s Purse. They ship shoeboxes to children around the world packed with toiletries, school supplies, stuffed animals, games, and more. Bethel Church is a drop-off location for packed shoeboxes! Have toys, notebooks, toiletries, etc. to donate? You can drop those off as well, and they will be used during a packing party.
Visit Samaritan’s Purse website for more information on how the Gospel is being shared around the world.
