    The Director of Worship Ministries (DWM) plays a key role in our church and will work closely with the Lead Pastor to encourage people to seek and glorify God through song. The DWM should have a passion to encourage the congregation towards maturity by proclaiming God’s attributes. In addition to being a skilled musician and leader, the DWM should be well versed in a variety of music genres and put the spotlight on Jesus as we go and share the message of reconciliation by living a worship-filled life.
