Sunday School

Sunday School provides supplementary teaching on a variety of subjects covering Biblical books, Topical Doctrine, Parenting, Discipleship, etc. We offer classes for all ages! Our Sunday school time begins at 9:00am.

Please note all classes are on the lower level of the family center. Look at signs outside each classroom to know where each one is being held.

Prayer Events and Requests

Prayer meetings are held Wednesday mornings 10 - 11am year round and in the evenings 6:30-8pm from September - May. In addition, there are quarterly prayer gatherings on Saturday mornings. These gatherings are spent focusing on a Scripture passage and following the ACTS model (Adoration, Confession, Thanksgiving, and Supplication) as we approach God’s throne of grace. Worship through song is incorporated in this time as we exalt our Savior.

Small Groups

This ministry offers the opportunity to delve deeper into the sermon from the previous week. Each group meets on a different day and time. Consistent participation is encouraged as small group leaders ask questions meant to foster meaningful discussions and encourage relational growth alongside other brothers and sisters in Christ.

Senior’s Ministry

Thursday Fellowship meets once each month at 10:00 am on the second Thursday of the month (September through May) for fellowship, entertainment, and a luncheon. Special speakers on topics of common interest, occasional day bus trips, hymn sings, and special events add “spice” to our time. Thursday Fellowship is open to all seniors regardless of affiliation with Bethel Church.

Kindred Hearts (Widow’s ministry)

Our Widows’ Ministry has scheduled events nearly once a month. Events include meals, crafts, baking, games, concerts, matinees, service projects and more!
